MUYMUY IMPORTANT GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation and Refund
– You may cancel your participation in the MuyMuy Tango Marathon and receive a 50% refund of your pass until February 1st, 2026.
– For any cancellation made after February 1st, no refund will be issued.
Participation and Registration
– Early Bird registrations are done individually until November 10th. After November 10th, all registrations must be made as a couple to help us maintain a balance of roles and a pleasant dancing atmosphere.
– The marathon is a private event. Only registered dancers who have paid their participation fee will be allowed to attend.
– Passes are non-transferable. However, if you cannot attend but find someone interested in purchasing your pass, please contact us so we can process the new participant’s registration.
– Please provide your real first and last name on the registration form as well as when making your bank transfer payment.
– Once your application is accepted, you will have 10 days to pay the Marathon fee.
– Your registration will only be confirmed once payment has been received within the required timeframe.
– The organizing team reserves the right to modify the marathon program.
– We also reserve the right to exclude any participant in case of inappropriate behavior, without the possibility of a refund.
Personal Data Protection
– The Tango Divino Association, organizer of the MuyMuy Tango Marathon, is committed to respecting users’ privacy in accordance with current personal data protection laws. The collected data will be stored in a file for which the Association is responsible. The required information is necessary for the proper functioning of the Association. Under no circumstances will your data be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
Image Rights
– By participating in our event, you acknowledge and accept that photographs and videos may be taken and used for promotional purposes to illustrate our activities.
– We are committed to respecting each person’s dignity and image. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform us in advance.
